Cash or Zelle before I leave. One person pays; roommates settle up.
Open Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM, and Thursday from 11 AM. Every clean finishes by 7 PM, so larger jobs start earlier.

Paid in full when I finish, before I leave. Cash or Zelle. No deposit to book.
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead. A late cancel or no show needs a $25 Zelle deposit to book again.
I only clean a bedroom its resident has agreed to. Locked or closed bedrooms are skipped and not charged.
I never touch watches, jewelry, phones, cash, laptops, papers or clothes. I clean around them and photograph every room before and after.
Cleaned inside when empty. Ones holding clothes or personal items stay closed and get wiped outside. Kitchen drawers are always fine.
Anything unsafe to clean: mold, bodily fluids or pests.
